Placement rules
Fifty-five fixed placements, one sponsor per spot and a clear path to €20,000.
Prices by placement
Each numbered placement has a fixed euro price based on physical size and visibility. The complete placement map has a total capacity of €20,000.
Fixed placement map
Sponsors choose one of 55 fixed placements across the left side, right side, front and rear. Logos cannot be moved or resized inside the chosen placement.
One sponsor per placement
A numbered placement can belong to only one reserved or approved sponsor. Availability is checked again by the server when the reservation is submitted.
Moderation
A reservation is not public sponsorship approval. Sponsor My Van reviews the brand, destination URL and artwork. Deposits for rejected sponsors are refunded.
Holding a space
The first valid completed reservation holds the selected area while artwork is reviewed. Sponsor My Van may release abandoned or rejected reservations.
Production
Approved sponsors pay the remaining balance before artwork is printed. Production includes proportional artwork preparation, vinyl printing and professional installation for the published placement term.
